Stretch, strengthen and loosen up your joints while sitting in comfort in your favourite chair at home. The unique design combines low-impact resistance training, stretching and core conditioning through a variety of simple, easy exercises for upper and lower body that you can do at the same time, all in one fluid motion similar to Pilates, to improve overall co-ordination.

Simply sit in your favourite chair or couch and start moving. Master Gym is fully adjustable, so you can change the position of the handles for maximum comfort and adjust the resistance to increase your workout. The handles, resistance bands and foot pedals are all designed to have maximum effect while you sit, taking the strain off your hips, knees and back.
